The summary and award ceremony was held on the afternoon of December 30th. This is an activity to celebrate the success of the Congress of Au Lau Ward Trade Union and Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union, term 2025-2030, towards the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The contest was widely launched to 100% of affiliated grassroots trade unions, attracting a large number of officials, union members, and workers to participate.
Many works are elaborately invested, vividly reflecting the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time showing the attachment and trust of workers in the Trade Union organization.
Through posting and voting on social networks, the entries have created a positive spread with more than 5,000 interactions, contributing to enhancing the image and position of the Trade Union organization in social life.
Many grassroots trade unions participated actively, typically the Trade Union of Yen Bai Vocational College, Chien Thang Yen Bai One Member Limited Liability Company, Tuyet Nga Trading Co., Ltd., Thuy Ngan Trading Co., Ltd., Toyota Hoa Binh Minh Yen Bai Co., Ltd., Hoa Sen Yen Bai Construction Materials One Member Limited Liability Company.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 2 Third Prizes, 5 Consolation Prizes and 3 Voting Prizes to typical authors and works, with a total prize budget of 5.9 million VND, accompanied by a certificate.
The "Trade Union in My Heart" contest is not only a meaningful playground for union members and workers but also contributes to affirming the role and position of the Trade Union organization at the grassroots level; thereby creating motivation for the Trade Union of Au Lau ward to continue to innovate content and methods of propaganda, improving operational efficiency in the coming time.
