Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh said that on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has coordinated with partners to organize the online "Union Tet Market - Spring 2025" Program (Project 2025) to sell goods of domestic enterprises at high quality and preferential prices to members and employees.
Accordingly, the 2025 Program has attracted the participation of many enterprises with nearly 200,000 union members supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to purchase goods from enterprises at the 2025 Program, with a total value of nearly 90 billion VND, recognized and highly appreciated by authorities at all levels, enterprises, union members and society.
With the practical results achieved in the 2025 Program, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor continues to organize the online program "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" and welcomes businesses to participate in introducing and selling goods at the online program "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" (Project).
The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor informed that the program will be held nationwide from 0:00 on December 20, 2025 to 24:00 on February 3, 2026 (ie 0:00 on November 1 to 24:00 on December 16, At Ty 2025).
The Program's website is at: https://chotet.congdoan.vn; or the application on the Program's smart device on IOS or Andoroid platforms.
The participants are union members in the Vietnam Trade Union system. The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will support 200,000 members and employees (500,000 VND/person); the total support amount is 100 billion VND.
Goods serving the essential needs of union members during Tet include food, food; beverages; gift packages, Tet gift baskets; decorations and products related to Tet; garments, chemicals, electronics, household appliances...
The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor guides how to participate in selling goods and making payments at the Program as follows:
- Step 1: Register to participate in the Program (enterprises register and sign an agreement to participate in the Program with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor).
- Step 2: Create a booth on the website and application of the Program (enterprises create booths on the website and application of the Program; post information related to the goods of enterprises sold at the Program).
Step 3: sell goods and deliver goods (entities receive orders to buy goods and deliver goods to union members).
Step 4: Payment for goods (The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor pays for goods sold to enterprises according to the quantity of goods sold during the Program and has successfully delivered them to union members in the list in Section 5 above).
Rights and responsibilities of enterprises participating in the 2026 program:
Benefits: Free arrangement of booths to sell goods; introduced the enterprise's brand to union members in the system of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the website and application of the Program; paid for goods sold according to the agreement with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Responsibilities of enterprises: Goods sold in the Program must be self-produced or imported, exchanged, bought and sold by enterprises and the goods must ensure safety, quality, clear origin, goods, invoices, documents are complete, and are valid for use (at least 6 months, allowed for circulation), ensuring after-sales service.
- The price of goods sold at the Program must be at least 10% lower than the listed price on the enterprise's products or the selling price on the normal market.
Ensure that the quantity of goods sold is enough to meet the needs of union members during the Program.
The incentives are applied simultaneously with other promotional programs of the currently applying enterprises (if any).
Free freight transportation at the Program.
Carry out registration procedures and pay and settle the sale of goods according to the agreement with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Elect representatives to participate in program implementation activities organized by trade unions at all levels when invited.
Prioritize the participation of businesses selling essential goods, with reputation, domestic production and distribution, with a network of warehouses, sales, warranty, and customer care nationwide; have participated in the 2025 Program.
