Speaking to direct at the program, Hai Phong City Party Secretary Le Ngoc Chau highly appreciated the coordination between the City Youth Union and the City Labor Federation in organizing the Healthy Workers' Youth Festival in 2026. This is a suitable approach in the context that Hai Phong is an industrial port city, an important growth pole in the North of the Fatherland, a place where many workers and laborers are concentrated, including many young workers - an important part of the young human resources, directly participating in labor and production, contributing to the sustainable growth and development of the city.
Regarding the 2026 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, the Secretary of the City Party Committee proposed that all levels of the City Youth Union must thoroughly grasp this spirit in implementing the campaign. Each union member and youth when participating in the Campaign must truly originate from the spirit of voluntariness, sense of responsibility and desire to contribute to the community; each project and task must be implemented in the spirit of clear people, clear tasks, clear time, clear responsibilities, clear products, clear implementation results; and at the same time assess the actual effectiveness after completion. Volunteers must stick to the grassroots level, serve the grassroots level and leave specific changes for the grassroots level.
Youth Union levels pay special attention to the work of protecting, caring for, and educating adolescents and children; in which, preventing and combating drowning and injuries to children must be identified as a key and urgent task during the summer.
