At the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025) organized by the District 5 Labor Federation, Ho Chi Minh City on February 14, the District 5 Labor Federation honored 114 "Shining Party members".
These are employees who have achieved many achievements in their work, with outstanding initiatives in production, business activities and trade union activities.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Bich Hanh - President of the District 5 Labor Federation - emphasized: In 95 years of formation and development, the Party has led the Vietnamese revolution to overcome all difficulties and challenges, going from one victory to another.
The Vietnam Trade Union and the working class are proud to have the Communist Party of Vietnam and Uncle Ho in their leadership, who have promoted patriotism and revolutionary heroism, always forming a solid united bloc, believing in the leadership of the Party, fighting for the independence, freedom and happiness of the nation.

On this occasion, the District 5 Labor Federation awarded the prize for the writing contest "The day I joined the Party" among employees who are party members organized by the District 5 Labor Federation.
The Organizing Committee received 240 entries, expressing the author's personal perspective on special feelings, pride and memories of the day of joining the Party, the fostering of the family's revolutionary tradition, the effort to strive to practice to be in the Party's ranks and the trust in the Party.
At the same time, it is associated with self-determination of the role and tasks of union cadres and members in cultivating, training, and striving to become an exemplary Party member, worthy of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings.
The District 5 Labor Federation also presented a list of 545 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration, training, testing, and fostering to create a source for Party development.
