On September 29, Area Management Working Group No. 4 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation said that it had organized the "Mid-Autumn Festival of Love" program in 2025 for children of union members, workers, and laborers in difficult circumstances in the area.
The working group presented 226 gifts to children, including 20 special gifts (each worth 1 million VND and Mid-Autumn Festival gifts) to children of union members and workers who are unfortunately suffering from serious illnesses, work-related accidents, or occupational diseases.
In addition, 206 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts (106 gifts distributed by the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation and 100 gifts from socialized sources, each worth 200,000 VND along with candy, soft drinks, lanterns) were given to children of workers and laborers in difficult circumstances, including children who lost their father or mother due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

Receiving Mid-Autumn Festival gifts from the union, the joy was evident on the children's faces. Many students have expressed their gratitude to the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation for always caring for and accompanying the families of workers and laborers.
The Management Working Group of Area No. 4 said that the "Mid-Autumn Festival of Love" program has brought joy to children during the Reunion Festival. Thereby, it demonstrates the responsibility and affection of the trade union organization in mobilizing social resources, taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers and their families. The Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union continues to affirm its role as a reliable support, accompanying union members and workers.

Each Mid-Autumn Festival gift is not only a practical support, but also a sentiment and sharing from the Trade Union organization to the children of workers and laborers. We hope that this attention will add confidence and motivation for them to overcome difficulties, study well, practice diligence, and become useful citizens for society, said Ms. Dang Thi Kim Chi - Member of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation.
