According to the VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology), in the past year, the awarded units have promoted the spirit of proactiveness, innovation, and strived to overcome many difficulties and challenges to successfully complete production and business tasks and key tasks of the Group.
Not only focusing on improving work efficiency, units also actively respond to emulation movements launched by professionals and trade unions, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere throughout the system. Many good models, creative ways of doing things and effective solutions have been implemented at units, contributing to improving labor productivity, improving service quality, promoting digital transformation and spreading the spirit of innovation throughout the Group.
VNPT Trade Union also commends individuals who won the "Overcoming Yourself" award at the VNPT StepUp 2026 contest. This is a meaningful playground, encouraging union members and workers that just maintaining the habit of exercising every day, each person can receive a "double reward", both improving their health and receiving encouragement, motivation and gifts from professionals and VNPT Trade Union.
One of the meaningful highlights of the program is the activity of supporting funding to buy green trees for units, aiming to build a green - clean - beautiful, friendly and closer working environment to workers. The activity not only contributes to improving working space but also spreads the message of building a positive working environment, improving the spiritual life and happiness index of workers throughout VNPT.
Also on the occasion of Workers' Month 2026, VNPT Trade Union met and presented gifts to encourage union members, workers in difficult circumstances, vehicles, and security teams of the Group's office.
