On the afternoon of October 4, in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa, Khanh Viet Corporation held a ceremony to honor employees on the occasion of its 41st anniversary (October 4, 1983 - October 4, 2024).
Nearly 300 employees working at factories, enterprises, and units under the Corporation nationwide with 10 years of service were awarded gratitude badges by the company's leaders.
Honored and received gratitude badges at the program were 3 employees who have worked for 35 years, 13 employees who have worked for 30 years, 12 employees who have worked for 25 years, 67 employees who have worked for 20 years. Along with the gratitude badges are valuable rewards given to employees for their dedication and commitment to the business.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Khanh Viet Corporation, Mr. Le Quoc Thanh - Chairman of the Board of Members deeply thanks all employees - those who have continuously devoted, contributed and joined hands to build the business to develop strongly as it is today.
“Behind every growth figure, every achievement, every successful project is the sweat and effort of the management and direct workers. The success that Khatoco has achieved is marked by the hard-working hands, enthusiastic hearts and creative minds of everyone,” said Mr. Thanh.
Mr. Thanh also sent his sincere thanks to the workers' families, because over the past 4 decades, there have been many silent sacrifices, such as overtime work, business trips away from home, and personal happiness that had to be put on hold...
Holding the 35-year badge in his hand, Mr. Bui Quang Khuong - a maintenance technician, could not help but feel emotional when remembering the first day he started working as a worker at Khatoco Tobacco Factory.
Mr. Khuong shared: “The production workshop was in an old low house, which at that time was not equipped with anything except the first 2 cigarette rolling machines and was mainly female. At that time, we worked 12 hours a day, sometimes even had to work through Sundays… After more than 35 years of working at the factory from Binh Tan to Trang E, it was time for me to prepare for retirement. The gratitude badge is even more meaningful, honorable and proud for me.”
For Mr. Khuong, this is not only a reward and recognition for his working time, but also a tribute and gratitude for his own contributions and efforts and those of many workers in general. This is also a great motivation for workers to accompany the company and continue to overcome new challenges.
