On June 7, at Phuoc Dong - Boi Loi Industrial Park, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation organized activities to respond to the launching ceremony of the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" for the 2026-2031 period, online connection with the program launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor nationwide.

At the program, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation commended and rewarded 400 typical workers with outstanding achievements in the "Good Labor" emulation movement in 2025. These are individuals with many initiatives and technical improvements, contributing to improving labor productivity and production efficiency at enterprises.

According to the organizers, the "Good Labor, Creative Labor" movement, which has been implemented for more than 30 years, has created a widespread impact among workers, civil servants, and laborers in the province. Hundreds of thousands of initiatives and technical improvements have been applied in practice, bringing great value to businesses and localities.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Tran Le Duy - Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation said that in the context of digital transformation and the strong development of technology, the new emulation movement poses the requirement to improve skills, digital skills and income for workers.

This is not just a slogan, but a closed chain of action full of value: Good labor to create productivity - high productivity to bring good income - good income to regenerate labor and improve life," Mr. Tran Le Duy emphasized.
According to Mr. Duy, trade union levels in the province need to proactively coordinate with businesses to promote vocational skills and digital skills training for workers; at the same time, strengthen dialogue and collective bargaining to improve income and welfare for union members and workers.
On this occasion, the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation also presented hundreds of gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances during Workers' Month 2026.
