The Trade Union of Co Le commune, Ninh Binh province, has just coordinated with the Police of Co Le commune to organize a conference to propagate knowledge and skills in fire prevention and fighting and rescue (PCCC and CNCH); guide declaration, update grassroots information; install and connect fire alarm transmitting equipment for more than 100 union members and workers.
At the propaganda session, union members and workers were informed by officers of Co Le Commune Police about important and basic contents and regulations of the law on PCCC and CNCH; causes of fires and explosions at agencies, units, households and residential areas; measures to prevent fires caused by electricity and gas. At the same time, union members and workers were guided on handling skills when fires and explosions actually occur.
At the program, union members and workers were also instructed to declare and update grassroots information and install and connect fire alarm transmitters; practice using portable fire extinguishers to handle simulated fires.
Through the program, it contributes to helping union members and workers improve their knowledge and necessary skills to proactively prevent and effectively handle fire and explosion situations from the beginning; contributing to building a safe working environment, limiting the risk of fire, explosion and damage caused by incidents.
