Ms. Le Thi Thanh Huyen (worker in Hoa Xa Industrial Park) also came with a friend to learn about the project. Being advised on the price, area, design... of the apartments, she found them very suitable for her needs with reasonable house prices and also received bank loan support.
Ms. Huyen said that living in an apartment is more airy, with a common living area. Moreover, according to her, if the whole family lives in the same apartment with a common floor, it will be more convenient. She leans towards choosing an apartment of nearly 60m2.
The Bai Vien social housing construction project has a total area of 3ha with a total of 1,100 apartments. The total investment is 909 billion VND. Construction density is 30%, the rest is used for grounds, green trees, parking lots... The start and end time for receiving applications (expected) to buy social housing at the project is from May 6, 2026 to June 5, 2026.

Mr. Phu advised people who need to buy social housing to come directly to the project office for specific advice, not to buy through intermediaries.
According to the Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Construction, in 2026, the province strives to complete about 6,053 social housing apartments. Currently, the province has 8 social housing projects under construction and 8 projects expected to start construction. In the period 2021 - 2024, Ninh Binh province will build 964 social housing units; in 2025, build 4,461 units, completing 100% of the assigned target.
