Improving the working environment for workers
Currently, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation is managing 1,512 grassroots trade unions with 359,969 union members; of which, the business sector has 1,304 grassroots trade unions with 342,039 union members.
Mr. Nguyen Hai Long - Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation - said that in the past time, trade union levels in the province have regularly organized propaganda and dissemination activities on occupational safety and health, improving the environment and working conditions for workers (NLĐ).
In order to minimize labor accidents, trade union levels continue to promote propaganda to help workers and employers improve their knowledge and grasp the provisions of law on occupational safety and health.
In addition, proactively advise employers to build internal regulations, collective labor agreements, improve working conditions; periodic health checks for employees; improve the quality and content of training; improve the qualifications of trade union officials in occupational safety and health work. Organize visits and encouragement to victims and families of victims of occupational accidents and diseases; strengthen inspection and supervision activities on occupational safety and health.

Skills training for workers from the first day of work
