With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress has identified goals, targets, direction of tasks and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Accordingly, in the 2025 - 2030 term, Trung Son Ward Trade Union aims to continue building a strong and comprehensive Vietnam Trade Union, worthy of being the only representative of workers.
Continue to maintain and promote its pioneering role in building a modern and strong Vietnamese working class. At the same time, constantly innovate the content and methods of operation, representation, care for, and protection of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and employees. arouse patriotism, self-reliance and the desire to develop a prosperous and happy country.
The Congress agreed to set specific targets such as: striving to have 90% or more of union members and employees be propagandized, disseminated, studied, thoroughly grasped the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws related to labor and trade unions.
Every year, at least 70% of employees in enterprises participate in learning to improve their qualifications and professional skills; admit 2,000 or more union members; have 100 or more topics and initiatives recognized by all levels...
The Congress announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and key positions of the Trung Son Ward Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Accordingly, the Trung Son Ward Trade Union Executive Committee consists of 11 people, the Standing Committee consists of 3 people and the Inspection Committee consists of 5 people.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Ward Trade Union, Ms. Dinh Thi Hang Nga was appointed to hold the position of Vice Chairman and Ms. Lai Thi Ha Phuong was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Trung Son Ward Trade Union Inspection Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
The Congress also announced the Decision to appoint the Trung Son Ward Trade Union Delegation to attend the Ninh Binh Provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term, including 3 official delegates and 1 absent delegate.
