This is a major policy of Da Nang city, in which the Da Nang Museum is a pioneer, playing an pioneering role, thereby creating a model to replicate to other units.
Along with that, the museum is coordinating to build multi-linguistic explanation software to meet the needs of information access of many domestic and foreign groups. In the coming time, the museum will add more languages to the automatic explanation set, accompanying not only visitors but also tour guides in improving the experience of visitors.
In particular, the Da Nang Museum has also tested robots to support visitors in exhibition spaces and deployed chatbots to provide automatic information through online platforms. These are practical steps to apply artificial intelligence to interactive activities, serving the public better and better.
