Restart the computer
If the error only appears once, restarting can help the system work normally.
How to do it: Press and hold the power button to turn off the computer if needed → Wait a few seconds → Turn on the computer and check.
Boot to Safe Mode
If the machine continuously shows a green screen, go to Safe Mode to check.
How to do it: Hold down Shift and select Restart → Select Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Startup Settings → Click Restart → Select Safe Mode.
Remove newly installed drivers or software
Incompatible drivers or software are common causes of BSOD errors.
How to do it: Press Windows + X → Select Device Manager → Uninstall or return to the previous driver version (Roll Back Driver) if the error appears after updating.
RAM check
Loose RAM or errors can cause the system to encounter a blue screen.
How to do it: Turn off the machine → Disconnect the power source → Remove the RAM bar → Clean the contact foot → Reinstall the correct slot → Boot the machine.
Scan and fix system file errors
Damaged system files can cause blue screen errors.
How to do it: Open Command Prompt with administrative rights → Type sfc /scannow → Press Enter → Wait for the process to complete.
Update Windows
Microsoft often releases patches to help fix system errors.
How to do it: Open Settings → Windows Update → Select Check for updates → Install if there is a new version.
Check computer temperature
An overheated CPU or GPU can cause the system to automatically stop to protect the hardware.
How to do it: Clean the cooling fan → Clean dust → Make sure the machine is placed in a ventilated place.
System restoration
If the error appears after installing the software or updating Windows, users can restore it to the previous time.
How to do it: Find System Restore in Windows → Select the nearest recovery point → Follow the instructions.
