On the afternoon of March 11, Da Nang City People's Committee organized a conference to summarize 1 year of implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW, 5 years of implementing the overall program for state administrative reform and 4 years of implementing Project 06. The conference was organized in a direct, combined online form with 93 bridge points of wards and communes in the city.

Mr. Tran Ngoc Thach - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology - said that in 2025, the city will focus on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW with the goal of developing science, technology, innovation and digital transformation, towards building Da Nang into a science, technology and innovation center of the region. The city has issued many specific programs, plans and mechanisms to synchronously implement assigned tasks.
In 2025, Da Nang was assigned a total of 180 tasks related to the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW; to date, 177 tasks have been completed, reaching 100% of the tasks within the term of 2025, and 3 tasks will continue to be implemented in 2026.
The city also effectively implemented 7 resolutions of the City People's Council related to science, technology and innovation; and at the same time advised on promulgating many specific mechanisms according to Resolution No. 136/2024/QH15. To date, 45 innovative startup businesses and organizations have been recognized to enjoy tax incentives and financial support for 14 startup projects; recognized 16 businesses operating in the field of semiconductor microchips and artificial intelligence, and allocated premises for 39 startup businesses and projects in this field.
In addition, the city promotes the application of the Intelligent Monitoring and Operation System (IOC) to monitor, supervise and direct the implementation of tasks according to Resolution 57-NQ/TW, contributing to ensuring smooth operation of the two-level local government model through common applications and institutional maps.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Duc An - Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee - requested departments, agencies, branches and localities to continue to drastically implement tasks according to the plans and programs that have been issued; closely follow the guiding viewpoints and development goals of the city, and at the same time clearly define the responsibilities of each agency and unit in the process of organization and implementation.
In the coming time, it is necessary to continue to improve the efficiency of coordination between agencies, promote the application of digital technology in management and administration, and at the same time promote the role and responsibility of the head to ensure that tasks are implemented synchronously and effectively, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and improving the quality of service for people and businesses in the city.
