On June 4, information from the Ministry of Justice said that Deputy Minister of Justice Mai Luong Khoi had just chaired a working session with the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement (GDEC) on the plan to deploy nationwide the implementation of professional enforcement activities on digital platforms to meet the requirements of the apparatus arrangement.
Through listening to reports and opinions and conclusions of the meeting, Deputy Minister Mai Luong Khoi suggested, related to the content of issuing judgment execution decisions and professional guidance documents, focusing on the contents for the organization of the NADS system organization according to the new model; Focusing on the plan to organize the execution of judgments on the electronic environment, meet the requirements of the new apparatus and clearly identify the work to be done.
Thereby, prioritizing the application of digital transformation and information technology application in the entire professional process to overcome current shortcomings and limitations.
Regarding the implementation of electronic receipts, after completing the pilot in Ho Chi Minh City, Deputy Minister Mai Luong Khoi suggested that it should be replicated nationwide. By July 30, it is necessary to ensure the synchronous implementation of the following contents: receiving requests for enforcement of judgments, issuing decisions for enforcement of judgments and issuing electronic receipts in the electronic environment.
In addition, the Deputy Minister suggested that it is necessary to speed up the completion of contents such as: sending notices via VNeID, software for handling enforcement of judgments, software for handling complaints and denunciations, receiving citizens...;
Proactively forecast arising situations, difficulties and inadequacies in the implementation process to have a solution through the application of information technology and digital transformation, ensuring smooth, effective enforcement activities, in line with the new organizational model.
