On February 15, information from the General Department of Real Estate said that from the beginning of 2025 to now, 161,828 cases have been enforced, a decrease of 4,285 cases (down 2.58%), reaching a rate of 39.81% (down 3.25%) compared to the same period in 2024. In terms of money, the implementation is over VND 36,550 billion.
The General Department of Enforcement said that in the coming time, the Enforcement system must continue to reorganize the apparatus according to the general policy of the Party and State, and focus on continuing to implement the targets and tasks for 2025, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

Therefore, the General Director of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement has issued an official dispatch requesting the Heads of Civil Judgment Enforcement Agencies and units under the General Department, according to their assigned functions, tasks and authority, to focus on handling work immediately after the Lunar New Year, ensuring timeliness, quality and efficiency, not allowing delays or affecting the results.
Heads of administrative procedures and units under the General Department are required to proactively review, count, and evaluate the implementation of work according to the programs and work plans of the Ministry of Justice, the General Department of administrative procedures and localities that have not been completed due to the Lunar New Year holiday, thereby having effective solutions to implement on schedule;
Resolutely and effectively implement the work of arranging and streamlining the organizational apparatus, streamlining the payroll in accordance with the Party's guidelines and policies and plans approved by competent authorities, ensuring early stability and organization before the Party Congresses at all levels in 2025; effectively implement Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in implementing the organizational arrangement of the political system.
Focus on training and fostering to improve the quality of human resources and moral qualities of civil servants and public employees to meet the requirements after restructuring and streamlining the organization and apparatus.
The Director of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement organizes a review of difficulties and problems related to the enforcement of judgments; urgently has solutions to handle them; especially focusing on organizing the enforcement of cases under the supervision of the Central Steering Committee, the Provincial Steering Committee on preventing and combating corruption and negativity to monitor, direct, and identify this as a political task, top priority.
