According to the cooperation agreement, TORmem will support Gia Lai in initiating many breakthrough initiatives such as building a large-scale data center (hyperscale), implementing testing (PoC) for AI applications, and developing prototypes for semiconductor chip factories.
The enterprise also accompanies the province in promoting investment and promoting the potential of the information technology industry, especially the semiconductor sector.

TORmem will connect Gia Lai with experts, research centers, leading technology enterprises in the US and many developed countries; at the same time, organize training and improve technical capacity in AI and semiconductor design.
In the immediate future, TORmem will consult on investing in a semiconductor laboratory at Quy Nhon University, aiming to research and develop information technology products, semiconductors and study the possibility of building an R&D center right in Gia Lai.

The Department of Science and Technology of Gia Lai province will coordinate with TORmem Company and partners to deploy and concretize the cooperation contents.
Within the framework of the program, TORmem also signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation with Quy Nhon University.
Mr. Nguyen An Thao - Founder of TORmem Inc - affirmed that the company wishes to cooperate long-term with Gia Lai in research, technology transfer, and construction of value chains in semiconductors and AI.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan said that the province aims to become a new center for the information technology and high-tech industry of the region, prioritizing the attraction of projects on semiconductors, AI, digital technology and big data.
Mr. Pham Anh Tuan hopes that TORmem will coordinate with Quy Nhon University to implement human resource training programs, considering this an important foundation for sustainable development.
According to the orientation to 2030, Gia Lai will implement 4 key projects: Developing the semiconductor and AI industry; ensuring network safety and security; training human resources and developing STEM education; building a concentrated information technology park.
Cooperation with TORmem is considered an important first step, opening up opportunities for Gia Lai to participate more deeply in the semiconductor and AI industries and affirming its pioneering position in high technology in the region.
