Google has just upgraded the AI Pro package for $20/month (or $200/year), including Gemini, Veo and Nano Banana, with many notable incentives.
Accordingly, cloud storage capacity increased from 2TB to 5TB without incurring costs. This capacity can be used for services such as Gmail, Google Drive and Google Photos, in addition to AI features.
Gemini is also expanded in capabilities when it can exploit context from Gmail and the web to support applications such as Drive, Docs, Slides and Sheets. This tool can summarize Gmail inboxes and check email content errors before sending.
In addition, Google adds a feature to automatically browse the web on Chrome, helping to handle multi-step tasks such as planning trips or filling out forms, towards a more comprehensive "AI assistant" experience.
Notably, the AI Pro package is also integrated with Home Premium service, which is priced at $10/month without additional fees. Upgrades are now applied to both new and current users, although it may take longer to fully display in the account.
