The Department of Science and Technology of Hai Duong has just organized a training course and deployed software to manage the progress of the implementation of Plan 726/KH-UBND.
This plan aims to implement Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP of the Government and Action Program No. 113-CTr/TU of the Provincial Party Committee, implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthrough development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation in the province.
The work progress management software uses a web platform at https://cddh.haiduong.gov.vn.The Department of Science and Technology has cauulated all 81 tasks of Plan 726, specifically assigning them to departments, branches, sectors, units and localities in the province.
Each agency and unit is granted an account to use the software.Departments, branches, sectors, units and localities in the province are responsible for updating the progress of task implementation.Based on the data updated on the software, the Department of Science and Technology will appraise, synthesize, and prepare a report to the People's Committee of Hai Duong province and the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee.The software also has automatic warnings for tasks that are close to due date or have expired.
The Department of Science and Technology of Hai Duong province is integrating the task progress monitoring feature into the application of direction and management for provincial leaders, departments, branches, units and localities.
From this application, leaders of units can directly monitor and synthesize data to perform all tasks of departments, branches, sectors, units and localities in the province on smartphones.The application is expected to be launched in March.
