According to the report, the Tan Minh Commune Public Administration Service Center received 2,359 records, including 1,536 online records, accounting for nearly 70% of the total records. In particular, the rate of correct and early settlement reached a very high level with more than 2,278 records completed, only a few of which were delayed due to technical system errors. The work of digitizing records has also been strongly implemented, with more than 99.9% of records digitized, facilitating data storage, lookup and management.
At the same time, the Center has publicly posted 382 administrative procedures under the authority of the Commune People's Committee, ensuring that all people have access to complete and transparent information. Administrative forms and declarations are regularly reviewed, supplemented, and updated to suit reality, making it easier for people to implement. The coordination between the Center and specialized agencies has been strictly implemented, contributing to improving service quality.
In the coming time, Tan Minh commune will continue to improve and improve the effectiveness of the Tan Minh virtual assistant, expand more utilities to serve the people, ensuring that all people can easily access and use them. Along with that, further promote the rate of online records, encourage people to submit records through the Public Service Portal; strive for 100% of records to be received and fully digitized. The commune also strengthens propaganda and guidance for people to grasp the process, feel secure and actively use online public services, limiting the situation of having to travel many times.
