Create conditions and encourage businesses to invest in building information and telecommunications technology infrastructure, develop digital infrastructure, digital platforms, digital data, digital applications associated with ensuring information security and safety, contributing to promoting production and business activities and socio-economic development in the province.
The cooperation agreement includes many important contents such as: developing digital government, deploying digital platforms for the fields of healthcare, education, tourism, forest management, border security, etc. Coordinate the deployment of 4G mobile coverage throughout the province, ensuring no more 4G signal gaps; At the same time, deploy the expansion of 5G coverage...
In particular, the deployment of smart operating centers will contribute to improving the capacity to monitor, analyze and manage data.
In addition, the two sides will promote training programs to raise awareness of digital transformation for agencies, businesses and people.
