According to the Department of Science and Technology of Quang Nam, by the end of May 2025, the province's administrative procedure settlement information system has been completely merged with the National Public Service Portal, synchronized with the National Population Database.
The rate of full online records reached 95.8%, 100% of administrative procedure settlement results were digitized. Public services integrating online payments reached 83.5%, contributing to shortening processing time and making the process transparent for people.

Notably, the province's LGSP data integration and sharing platform has processed more than 138 million transactions, of which 99.8% of transactions were successful. This thorough digitalization helps reduce the paperwork load, speed up processing and reduce overlap in management between administrative agencies.
Telecommunications - information technology infrastructure is also invested synchronously. The whole province has installed 2,428 BTS stations, fiber optic cables covering 100% of communes and 90.4% of villages. 3G/4G waves have reached 97.6% of villages, gradually eliminating information "zones" - an important condition for implementing digital government to the grassroots after the merger.
In addition, interaction channels between the government and the people are also being effectively operated. The Smart Quang Nam application recorded nearly 60,000 starts, allowing people to send feedback, comments and track processing progress directly. Call Center 1022 received 7,267 reports, of which 98.9% have been processed, showing that a friendly, open and transparent government is gradually taking shape.
Accelerating digital transformation not only helps Quang Nam improve management efficiency, but is also an important preparation step in the roadmap to merge with Da Nang City, towards building an e-government, modern, unified and better serving people in the large urban area of the Central region.
