Accordingly, the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement requires Heads of units under the General Department and Heads of the Departments of Civil Judgment Enforcement of provinces and centrally run cities to study, disseminate and disseminate to all civil servants and employees under their management authority the general principles for civil servants, public employees and employees in State agencies to use large language models ( Chatbot AI) for work, issued with Document No. 557/BKHCN-CDSQG dated March 31, 2025 of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
"Absolutely do not use public service e-mail accounts to register for use in Al models; comply with current legal regulations on data security, personal information protection, assets, especially for enforcement records, complaint and denunciation settlement records, organization and staff records... when put into the AI processing system, do not assign administrative decision-making authority or activities that directly affect the rights and interests of individuals and organizations to AI to perform automatically, without human control" - the document clearly stated.
In addition, the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement also requires strengthening the responsibility of the head of the unit in managing and supervising the use of AI technology to ensure efficiency, compliance with the law and compliance with work requirements.
"In case of violations, leakage of information, violation of regulations on security, State secrets, use of technology that is not in accordance with regulations... the head of the unit must be responsible before the law and competent authorities" - the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement directed.
