Fresh fruit
Fruit is an ideal choice in the summer because they provide a lot of vitamins, minerals and water. Fruits such as watermelon, orange, mango, pineapple, and grapes have cooling properties and effectively cool the body. Watermelon, in particular, contains 90% water and is a great source of water for the body.
Green vegetables
Vegetables such as cucumber, lettuce, coriander or mustard greens can provide water and fiber, help cool the body and aid digestion. Green vegetables also contain many vitamins and minerals necessary for the body during stressful days.
Yogurt
