On the afternoon of August 9, in Phu Tho, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association held the Vietnam Private Economic Forum 2025 - Northwest Cluster, gathering more than 200 entrepreneurs from the Northwestern provinces (Phu Tho, Lao Cai, Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Son La) and provinces and cities across the country.
At the dialogue session, businessmen in the region presented presentations on the implementation of Resolution 68 from the perspective of Northwest enterprises; appropriate solutions to promote science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, green transformation, etc.

Speaking, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Trang - Human Resources Director and Director of the Customer Service Center - Nagakawa Group (Phu Tho) - proposed a number of solutions to remove bottlenecks in the private economy in Phu Tho in terms of institutions, finance, and infrastructure.
Regarding human resources, Ms. Trang emphasized the need to strengthen the link between technology vocational training and businesses, while attracting young experts and intellectuals to the province to improve the quality of local human resources.
Ms. Trang added that regional linkages are the key to optimizing value chains, improving competitiveness and promoting sustainable economic growth for Phu Tho and neighboring provinces.

According to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thang - Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Young Entrepreneurs Association, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thang Van LLC, to remove difficulties and bottlenecks for businesses in Lao Cai as well as some Northwestern provinces, it is necessary to study specific solutions such as:
Establish the provincial Science and Technology Development Fund to create financial resources for research, application and innovation of technology.
Establish a technology and electronic equipment trading floor to promote the development of the science and technology market, connecting supply and demand of technology.
Issue a Resolution to support technological innovation: Regulating policies to support innovation, technological improvement, technology transfer and intellectual property development in the period of 2025 - 2030.
Develop a Project to improve technological capacity to develop the science and technology market, science and technology enterprises and intellectual property in the period of 2026 - 2030.

Mr. Thang also proposed a number of next solutions:
Create a local startup support fund, prioritizing young businesses, women, and ethnic minorities.
Build a Smart Logistics Center at border gates such as Kim Thanh (Lao Cai), Chi Ma (Lang Son), Tay Trang (Dien Bien).
Strengthen policy dialogue between the Provincial People's Committee and the business community quarterly, with a "quick response" mechanism.

Promote business training in the digital age in strategic governance, digital finance, e-commerce, etc.
According to Mr. Do Duy Lien - Vice President of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, the dialogue session aims to find feasible solutions, reflect the sincere voice of the business community and enterprises in the region to send strong and urgent messages from the practical situation of the Northwest region to the dialogue sessions at the ministerial and sectoral levels and the High-level Dialogue Session.
