CEO Club 1983 was born under the roof of the Hanoi Young Entrepreneurs Association (HanoiBA), with a clear mission: to create a community of young entrepreneurs with courage, intelligence and humanity.
Three years - not long compared to the journey to start a business, but enough to affirm the mark of a group of grown together, spreading positive values among young entrepreneurs in the capital.
Under the leadership of Ms. Le Thi Dung, the Club is not only a place of commerce but also a space of knowledge and social responsibility. Annual activities such as CEO Talk, Business Tour, CEO Exchange, Pickleball Cup, Family Day, CSR Day... become the club's unique mark, where each member is encouraged to learn, share and develop sustainably.

In the role of Director of the Institute of Entrepreneurship, Ms. Le Thi Dung continues to pursue the mission of developing knowledge and improving management capacity for Vietnamese entrepreneurs. The Institute is not only a place for research and training, but also a launching pad for creative ideas, new business models and multi-dimensional cooperation between generations of entrepreneurs.
At the launching ceremony of the CEO Club Executive Board of 1983 term II (20252028) consisting of 23 members - representing the intelligence and bravery of the 8X generation - Ms. Dung's image once again affirmed her role as a "fiery" person, steadfast in the aspiration to build a dynamic, integrated and humane Vietnamese business community.
The portrait of Ms. Le Thi Dung is a typical image for the generation of Vietnamese female entrepreneurs: brave but gentle, kind-hearted and intelligent. For her, each activity is not just an event, but a story of connecting people, spreading knowledge and positive life values.
