Although his assets have been adjusted compared to previous updates due to fluctuations in the stock market, Mr. Vuong still maintains his position as the richest billionaire in Southeast Asia. The gap of more than 15 billion USD compared to the second-ranked person continues to show the superiority in the asset scale of Vingroup Chairman in the region.
Second place is Sarath Ratanavadi (Thailand) with 18.2 billion USD, ranked 145th in the world. He is the CEO of Gulf Energy Development, one of Thailand's largest private energy corporations, while expanding operations to infrastructure and telecommunications.

The Indonesian billionaire developed a business empire in the fields of petrochemicals and energy through Barito Pacific and Barito Renewables Energy.
