To celebrate the 51st anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2026), Lac Quoi Border Guard Station (An Giang Border Guard Command) has just coordinated with the Ba Chuc Commune Farmers' Association to organize the launching ceremony of the model "Farmers' Association members participate in self-management of border lines and markers".
Specifically, groups of 10 members operate in 4 hamlets: Vinh Phu, Vinh Quoi, Vinh Hoa and Vinh Thuan belonging to Ba Chuc commune. This is a model that gathers members with production land bordering the border to share sustainable agricultural production experiences, and at the same time unite to protect national border security and territorial sovereignty, maintain security and order in border areas.

Ba Chuc commune has an important strategic position, with the characteristic of many production land areas bordering the border. In the current context, the close combination of sustainable economic development and maintaining national defense and security is an urgent requirement. This is the driving force for the Border Guard force and localities to coordinate in building a solid people's hearts posture right at the border.
Immediately after signing and handing over the establishment decision, the Command of Lac Quoi Border Guard Station organized a coordination patrol on the border. Sending officers to introduce farmer members about the border line, markers, and the meaning of planning border demarcation and marker planting. Assigning team leaders and deputy team leaders, arranging tasks for each team and each member to step into coordination activities that are getting better and better.
