To celebrate the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026) and International Labor Day May 1st, the Command (BTL) of Coast Guard Region 4 has organized many exciting and practical movement activities; and at the same time maintained strict order and combat readiness (SSCĐ) regime, ensuring good completion of tasks in all situations.
For ships and boats performing patrol, inspection, control, law enforcement, IUU fishing prevention, and combat readiness at sea duties of the Regional Command, in addition to strictly maintaining the duty, observation, and guard regime, firmly grasping the assigned sea area, unit commanders have flexibly organized many meaningful cultural and artistic activities. Thereby contributing to improving spiritual life, fostering bravery and will for officers and soldiers at the forefront of the waves.

In parallel with cultural, artistic, and sports activities, Party committees and commanders of agencies and units throughout the Regional Command have led, directed, and strictly maintained the SSCĐ duty regime; organized forces and vehicles to be on duty fully and in accordance with regulations; firmly grasped the situation in all aspects from early and far, ready to effectively handle situations, not to be passive or surprised. Units strengthen education for officers and soldiers to firmly grasp the situation and tasks, and promote training and practice of SSCĐ plans.
In addition to professional tasks, the Regional Command also organizes the Pickleball tournament of the Regional Command's agency block, attracting a large number of officers and soldiers to participate. Especially the participation in competition and exchange of the Head of the Regional Command. The tournament is organized methodically and scientifically with many attractive matches, showing the spirit of sportsmanship, honesty, and nobility. The direct participation of the Heads of the Region not only creates excitement but also strongly spreads the movement to train physical strength and improve health throughout the unit.
Along with that, agencies and units directly under the Regional Command also organize many cultural, artistic, and sports activities such as: Karaoke singing contests between youth union organizations, organizing football and amateur volleyball tournaments... with the enthusiastic and spirited participation of officers and soldiers. Through these activities, the solidarity and close relationship between agencies and units continues to be strengthened, contributing to building a healthy military cultural environment throughout the Region.

The above exciting and meaningful activities have contributed to taking care of spiritual life, arousing national pride, building bravery, and organizational discipline awareness of soldiers. From there, helping officers and soldiers throughout the Regional Command always uphold the spirit of revolutionary vigilance, solidarity, overcome difficulties, successfully complete all assigned tasks, contributing to firmly protecting sovereignty, maintaining political security, and order and safety in the Southwest sea and islands of the Fatherland.
