Accordingly, the number of poor households and near-poor households eligible for support to build new and repair houses under the criteria specified in Decision No. 55/QD-BXD dated January 20, 2025 of the Ministry of Construction is 20 households (6 newly built and 14 repaired).
The number of poor households, near-poor households, and households with difficult housing circumstances that do not meet the criteria specified in Decision No. 55/QD-BXD dated January 20, 2025 of the Ministry of Construction is 245 households (123 newly built, 122 repaired).
The People's Committee of Dong Nai province assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Department of Construction, the Department of Finance, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, relevant agencies and units and the People's Committees of districts and cities to advise on the implementation of the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses on the basis of the approved list; update the implementation results to report to the Provincial People's Committee, the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions according to regulations.

In Dong Nai, over the years, trade unions at all levels in the province have also implemented the "Union Shelter" program, contributing to eliminating many temporary and dilapidated houses for union members and workers in difficult circumstances, helping them stabilize their work and life.
