Implementing Plan No. 58/KH-SDTTG dated May 27, 2026, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Lam Dong province has just organized a delegation of prestigious people among ethnic minorities to exchange, study, and exchange experiences in Gia Lai, Quang Tri, Khanh Hoa provinces and Hue and Da Nang cities, according to the E-Portal of Lam Dong province.
The delegation was headed by Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions.
During 10 days, the delegation visited and learned about the socio-economic development results in localities after arranging administrative units and implementing the two-level local government model.
Members also accessed many effective development models, good practices and new initiatives in building new rural areas, economic development and preserving cultural identity.
The trip contributes to raising awareness and skills for reputable people, helping them continue to promote the role of propaganda, mobilizing people to develop production, increase income, ensure national defense and security and promote comprehensive development in ethnic minority areas.
Through exchange activities and practical experience exchange, the delegation has more basis to improve the quality of mass mobilization work, promoting the role of reputable people in the community.
This is also an opportunity to share experiences in implementing the national target program for socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas along with programs, projects, and ethnic policies, contributing to improving the effectiveness of implementation in Lam Dong province.
