On August 18, according to PV's investigation, the Chairman of Son La Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2704/QD-UBND announcing the List of amended, supplemented and abolished administrative procedures in the field of roads under the state management functions of the Department of Construction.
According to the Decision, 22 lists of administrative procedures under the state management functions of the Department of Construction are amended and supplemented.
Among these are procedures for issuing Business Licenses for transportation by cars and four-wheeled vehicles with engines, with a processing time of 4 working days from the date of receiving complete and valid dossiers.
Procedures for Re-issuance of Business Licenses for transportation by cars and four-wheeled vehicles with engines when there are changes related to the content of the Business License are also resolved within 4 working days.
For Registration of exploitation of fixed passenger transport routes, the settlement period is 3 working days; Issuance and re-issuance of badges for cars and four-wheeled vehicles with business transport engines is 2 working days.
Notably, many procedures related to international road transport were resolved within 1 working day from the date of receiving complete and valid dossiers.
Including procedures for issuing and re-issuing ASEAN International Road Transport Licenses, ASEAN Intermodal Transport Licenses, GMS International Road Transport Licenses, GMS Intermodal Transport Licenses or TAD books.
Procedures related to transportation between Vietnam and Laos, Cambodia and China have also been amended and supplemented, including issuing and re-issuing international road transport permits, intermodal permits and extending the operating time in Vietnam for vehicles.
Procedures are carried out at the Department of Receiving and Returning Results of the Department of Construction at the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center and the One-Stop Shop Department of the Commune-level Public Administrative Service Center, in the form of direct, online and postal services.
Also in August, Son La Provincial People's Committee decided to cancel the authorization of the Director of the Department of Construction to perform a number of tasks and powers related to international road transport activities in Son La province.
