solid houses not only replace dilapidated and dilapidated houses, but also add confidence and motivation for people to stabilize their lives and develop their family economy.

In Tan Thanh commune, Long Phu district, where there are over 50 households in need of temporary houses, thanks to the drastic participation of the locality, up to now, 100% of the houses in need of construction and repair have been completed.
Mr. Le Hong Phong - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Thanh commune said: "During the construction process, the Commune Steering Committee assigned staff to closely monitor and supervise. The unions also organized forces to support the transportation of materials, contributing to shortening the progress, ensuring the quality of each house".
Unable to hide her joy, Ms. Le Thi Nho, a household in Tan Thanh commune (Long Phu district), said that her family was supported by the State with 60 million VND, plus a loan from relatives, and she had built a new, spacious house.
"Previously, when it rained, the whole family was worried, all the furniture was wet, and their children were in school and had to ask to come home to cover. Now that they have a new house, the children are so happy that they can't sleep. The two have gone to work as workers, helping their mother earn extra income. I am also more secure in my business and my life is much more stable," said Ms. Nho.

"Previously, the house leaked on all sides, and when it rained, we had to take a rubber plate to temporarily cover it. Now that I have a new house, I can go to work with peace of mind, no longer worrying about the rain and wind. Thank you to the State for helping my family have a solid place to live," Ms. Thuong happily said.
