The strongest wind near the storm center is level 10, gusting to level 12. Natural disaster risk level: level 3 for the northeastern sea area of the East Sea.
Due to the influence of the low pressure area about to become a storm in the East Sea, the northeastern sea area of the North East Sea will have thunderstorms and strong winds of level 6-7, then increase to level 8-9, gust level 11, the sea will be very rough. Waves are 3.0-5.0m high.
Ship operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by thunderstorms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and large waves.
The tropical depression has not affected the mainland and sea areas of Vietnam much. However, tourists planning to visit southeastern tourist destinations in China such as Guangdong, Fujian, Hong Kong, Taiwan (China) and northern coastal island destinations of the Philippines should pay attention to weather forecasts and check flight schedules to avoid storms.
