The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (June 30) in regions across the country.
Hot weather in the Central region tends to decrease and ends from July 1. From this time, the area will only experience localized hot weather, with the highest temperature in some places above 35 degrees Celsius.
Hot weather combined with low air humidity increases the risk of fires and explosions in residential areas due to increased electricity demand. At the same time, the risk of forest fires is also high in many localities.
In addition, prolonged exposure to high temperatures can cause dehydration, exhaustion or heat shock, especially for outdoor workers, the elderly and young children. People are advised to limit activities under the harsh sun, supplement enough water and take proactive health protection measures.
