According to the representative of the People's Committee of Hoang Tien commune, due to the large amount of firewood and garbage drifting onto the beach, the embankment is severely damaged, causing the locality to not have a suitable plan to handle and thoroughly clean up.

"Given the above situation, the commune has issued a written report, asking for the opinion of the Department of Agriculture and Environment to soon have a direction to handle the damage after storm No. 10" - said a representative of the People's Committee of Hoang Tien commune.

Similarly, at Sam Son beach, high tides with strong winds and waves pushed a huge amount of sand, estimated at tens of cubic meters, from the overflowing beach to cover the coastal road of Ho Xuan Huong (Sam Son ward, Thanh Hoa province).

The representative of the Sam Son Ward People's Committee said that immediately after the storm, the locality mobilized youth union members, farmers' association members, women, militia and self-defense forces, the Environment Company and the people to participate in cleaning up and overcoming the consequences. In particular, focusing on returning the volume of sand spilled onto the road adjacent to Xuan Huong Lake.

In addition, the authorities have also organized the collection and transportation of household waste and fallen trees caused by the storm to the collection point for treatment.

According to statistics, about 1,400 m3 of garbage has been collected, of which 500 m3 is in residential areas, streets and 900 m3 is in the beach area. Currently, the work to overcome the damage after the storm is basically stable.
