Due to the impact of storm No. 10, at Hai Tien beach tourism area (Hoang Tien commune, Thanh Hoa province), a scene of devastation appeared when a large amount of firewood, wood and garbage overflowed the sandbank. In addition, nearly 2 km of the embankment in this area was damaged, sunk, and seriously broken.

According to the representative of the People's Committee of Hoang Tien commune, due to the large amount of firewood and garbage drifting onto the beach, the embankment is severely damaged, causing the locality to not have a suitable plan to handle and thoroughly clean up.

Similarly, at Sam Son beach, high tides with strong winds and waves pushed a huge amount of sand, estimated at tens of cubic meters, from the overflowing beach to cover the coastal road of Ho Xuan Huong (Sam Son ward, Thanh Hoa province).
