According to the first instance judgment, the court declared the value of 15 properties to be divided in half between Mr. Duc An and Ms. Ngoc Thuy, including: 5 apartments at the Avalon building, District 1; 4 apartments at Sailing building, District 1; Villa in Binh Thanh District; Binh Minh Interior Decoration Real Estate Trading Company Limited; 31% shares in Sao Mai Port Company; the amount of money refunded by landowners in Thu Duc City (former District 2); compensation amount for house 95A Tran Phu, Vung Tau City; rental amount of 9 apartments in District 1 from 2009 - 2023.
