Kinabalu Peak marks the footsteps of warriors who have surpassed their own threshold

On September 29-30, Minh Tri Thanh Academy successfully organized a journey to conquer Kinabalu peak - the highest mountain in Southeast Asia - with the participation of customers from all over the country and from abroad.

This Kinabalu Peak seems to open the heart to welcome the Vietnamese delegation when the weather is clear, clear, and the view is far away.

Each step in a brilliant orange shirt, carrying a red flag with a yellow star, the group of people stretched along the route to conquer it like a winding dragon.

The higher you are, the more majestic the landscape opens up: from the green mountain slopes to the vast gray rocks. And when passing the last tree level after the night departure at 2:30 am, the whole dawn seemed to light up in the immediate future, so that each step was a moment of complete happiness.

Master of psychology - psychotherapist Nguyen Thi Lanh shared: "C conquering the mountain peak in real life is also conquering the inner mountain. We have many mountain peaks inside us and are actually conquering them every day that we do not know.

And so, conquering Kinabalu is also conquering one's true self. To have the available energy, light, and intelligence revealed within us, then serve, impact the world and make the world more wonderful.

Just like the message of the program "Bringing limits - living an excellent life", each person should choose to live a brilliant life with noble goals. Choose yourself to be the starting point for changes in the family and community and choose yourself to live up to your potential.

Expert Nguyen Thi Lanh said this is a journey to help participants connect deeply with themselves, breaking down limited beliefs

That spirit is clearly expressed in the story of the twin sisters from Lam Dong - Ms. Dang Thi Minh Thu and Dang Thi Thanh. Together, conquering Kinabalu for the first time, they decided to choose this mountain top as an important milestone to explore themselves, awakening the wonderful people inside.

Ms. Thu shared, "Before entering this journey, I myself still had a lot of limited confidence. But after conquering Fansipan and now being at Kinabalu mountain, I found my self truly great, truly wonderful - something I had not known how to explore for a long time. It is the mountain that has enlightened me to see the power within me.

Facing steep vertical slopes and rugged roads, there was a time when Ms. Hien suddenly had the question in her head: "Why is this journey so difficult? Should I give up?" But immediately after that, she reminded herself of the reason for participating in this journey, that like in the journey of life, there is no flat path to success. It was these difficult challenges that trained her will and just like that, she steadfastly continued. So when she reached the 4,095m markers, she burst into tears, filled with the joy of victory.

Ms. Thanh, in the joy of standing on the top of Kinabalu, could not hide her emotions: I am extremely proud of myself, my family, my team and Minh Tri Thanh Academy. This trip has taught me many lessons: from harmony with nature, from team spirit, to solidarity, encouragement to move forward to conquer goals together. I also learned to forgive, know how to extend my arms to my teammates and I am confident that this will help me a lot in my work.

The story of twin sisters crossing that mountain together moved many people in the group. Because Kinabalu is not just a mountain top, but a symbol of great goals in life - where people learn to love, accompany and rise together.

The group also had a special face: Ms. Vu Thi Quynh (Lao Cai), working at Hoang Lien National Park. For her, Fansipan has become a familiar part of life - the number of times climbing is so large that it cannot be counted. However, Kinabalu is a completely different journey.

She said that on the first day of climbing, everything seemed smooth, but the higher it got, the colder the wind and the bare rocks made her realize: old experience was not enough, only spirit could lead her. She thinks about her children - the biggest reason why she is here. "I want to be a strong role model for my child to see that: I dare to face it, I can do it myself. And you can be the same.

Ms. Ha believes that what helped her and the whole team overcome that arduous journey was the unconditional love - the value that Minh Tri Thanh Academy always emphasized. "We are united, encourage each other to climb mountains safely in love, supporting each other step by step. It is love that opens up new strength for us to enjoy the journey instead of enduring it. I am grateful to have chosen Minh Tri Thanh, the place that helps me become a completely new person.

It can be said that the challenge of conquering Kinabalu in the last days of September is not only a journey to conquer the mountain top, but more importantly, a victory for oneself. Every step, every drop of sweat that falls carries the strength of perseverance, the will to not give up and the burning pride.

Nearly 100 people, each person has a story, a goal, but all share the desire to surpass their own threshold. People may choose not to go, but when they have decided to go, no matter how much rain or wind, no matter how hard it is, the heart will still lead the way, the legs will still persistently step up, and finally the top will smile and welcome. And at the top of Kinabalu, in overwhelming joy, each person has found a stronger, more courageous and more loving version of themselves.
