Fried eggs eaten with ground butter
The dish can be prepared in about 10 minutes, with a simple and low-ingredient recipe.
Materials:
2 chicken eggs
1/2 ripe avocado
1 slice of whole wheat bread
A little salt, pepper
A little cooking oil
How to do it:
Cut avocados in half, remove seeds, take the meat and mash with a spoon. You can add a little salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.
Heat a pan, add a small amount of cooking oil and then crack eggs. Fry until the egg whites are cooked, the yolks reach the desired ripeness. Bread can be grilled briefly until crispy.
Spread ground butter onto bread, place fried eggs on top and serve immediately. Tomatoes or cucumbers can be served to increase the variety of breakfast.
Eggs are a source of protein, while avocados provide unsaturated fats and some vitamins and minerals. Combining many food groups makes breakfast more diverse.
Pan-fried butter egg rolls
If you want to change the taste, you can combine eggs and butter in a soft, easy-to-make roll.
Materials:
2 chicken eggs
1/2 ripe avocado
1 teaspoon of cooking oil
A little salt, pepper
A little scallions if you like
How to do it:
Beat the eggs into a bowl, beat well with a little salt. Cut the butter into thin slices to taste.
Heat a non-stick pan, spread a thin layer of oil and pour in the egg, spread evenly into a thin layer. When the egg surface starts to shrink, place the butter slices on half of the egg.
Use spatula to fold the remaining eggs and cover the butter, continue to pan-fry over low heat until the eggs are completely cooked. Take out on a plate, cut into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with a little pepper or scallions.
Both dishes can be prepared quickly in the morning. However, to make meals more diverse, you should combine foods from other groups such as vegetables, fruits or whole grains depending on your needs.
