Before the movie "Intern" was released, actress Han So Hee had an interview with the media on September 8.
Intern" tells the story of Sun Woo (played by Han So Hee), a young female CEO who turned her company into a "dark horse" in the fashion industry after only 3 years of establishment. Her life changes when Ki Ho (Choi Min Sik), a senior intern with 37 years of work experience, joins the company.
The film exploits an office story that transcends generational and rank gaps, directed by Kim Do Young, who directed "Kim Ji Young, born 1982" (2019) and "Us, then" (2025).
At the interview, when asked if she really wanted to be a trainee in "Intern", what job she wanted to try, Han So Hee replied: "Entertainment reporter". She confidently said that she typed on the keyboard quite quickly and wanted to "meet celebrities, interview them", making everyone laugh.
When asked what questions she would like to ask if she met a star, Han So Hee immediately replied: "When will you get married?
Then, when reporters asked back "When will you get married?", Han So Hee frankly shared: "I really want to get married before 40. Compared to having illusions about marriage, I want to have children more".
Regarding her ideal partner, Han So Hee said that she had previously shared about this on Lee Young Ji's YouTube and wanted to marry someone "stable".
The actress honestly added: "I once said that I have dreams about children, so for the next generation, I want someone with good genes and handsome appearance".
Then, she humorously said: "Actually, a person who is both stable and handsome is not the type of person everyone wants?".
Because she mentioned her desire to have children, Han So Hee also shared about her work plan after giving birth. The actress said that if she has children later, even if it depends on the contract term, she "will not work until the child goes to elementary school", raising her child as much as possible.
“I think since my child entered elementary school, she can do some things on her own to a certain extent. But before that time, I want to give my child many beautiful memories and memories with her mother,” the actress explained.
