On October 14, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued a plan to implement the Program on moral education and lifestyle in the family until 2030 in the province.
According to the plan, the province aims to have 70% of households register to implement the set of family procedure criteria by 2025, and reach over 90% by 2030.
By 2025, 80% of households will be provided with documents on moral and lifestyle education; this figure will reach 100% by 2030.
The province also strives to have 80% of workers in industrial parks participate in thematic activities by the end of 2025, and reach over 95% by 2030.
In addition, 100% of communes, wards and towns will have regular propaganda content on moral education and lifestyle in the family on the basic information system.
Along with that, every year, all students, officers, soldiers of the armed forces, civil servants, public employees and workers in state-owned agencies and enterprises participate in thematic activities on moral education and lifestyle in the family.
To achieve the above goals, the Provincial People's Committee requires promoting communication and propaganda work, raising awareness of families and communities about the importance of moral and lifestyle education.
Promote the role of families, schools and society in orienting personality, building a behavioral culture; at the same time, enhance digital transformation in implementing moral and lifestyle education activities in the family.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism as the standing agency, guiding and urging the implementation.
This unit is also responsible for advising on the implementation of the family behavior criteria set across the province, integrating communication on occasions such as International Day of Happiness (20,3), Vietnamese Family Day (28.), and encouraging the diversification of cultural, sports, and community activities to nurture the soul, educate ethics, and lifestyle for the younger generation.
The Department of Education and Training shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to implement programs and projects on revolutionary ideals, ethics, and lifestyle education for young people, at the same time, develop educational documents on ethics and lifestyle in the family and integrate this content into the programs and activities of the sector.
