Everyone has different views on age.
Many people have wondered what is the most glorious period of life. For each person, the answer is different, associated with personal experiences and feelings.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan (27 years old, Hanoi) believes that age 20 is the most beautiful time.
That was when I had a lot of energy, dared to try, dared to make mistakes. Although I didn't have many achievements, I felt free and full of enthusiasm," Mr. Tuan shared.
According to Mr. Tuan, when entering the stable working phase, the pressure of life sometimes reminds him of his carefree student days.
Many times I feel regret because I no longer feel as comfortable as before," Mr. Tuan said.

Meanwhile, Ms. Le Tham (65 years old, Hai Phong) believes that the most beautiful age is when she turns 60, the time when she has retired and has a lighter life.
After many years of working and taking care of my family, when I retired, I felt comfortable, no longer working pressure. Having time to take care of myself, meet friends, for me, that is the most comfortable and worthwhile time to live," Ms. Tham shared.
Each stage has its own value
According to Ms. Le Phuong - Director of the Center for Psychology and Human Development of NHC Vietnam - Quan Hoa Branch, determining the most beautiful age is often based on each person's subjective feeling.
Usually, a period is considered beautiful when people feel inner peace, have certain achievements and live as themselves, doing what they want," the psychologist said.

However, from a psychological perspective, each age group carries different tasks and values.
“It is impossible to say which age is the most beautiful, because each stage has its own strengths and challenges. Age 20 is the development stage, age 30 is the time to build a career and family, age 40 is the time to understand yourself deeply, and age 50 is aimed at peace and contemplation,” expert Le Phuong shared.
Experts also explain that feelings of regret often stem from comparative psychology and the tendency to idealize the past.
People easily remember positive things in the past, while looking at the present with a lot of pressure, thereby creating a feeling of disappointment," Ms. Le Phuong analyzed.
To be able to fully feel the value of each stage, it is important to learn to accept and live fully with the present.
When everyone knows how to love themselves, without comparison or judgment, they will see that each age group has its own beauty," expert Le Phuong emphasized.
Besides, understanding that life is a natural development process with inevitable changes also helps people feel lighter before the changes of time.
