In a petition sent to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports, actress Bich Tram said that a Facebook account named "Long Voduy" commented on content showing signs of distorting her image.
According to images provided by the actress, Facebook "Long Voduy" commented on social networks that: "This girl is suffering from schizophrenia, a form of paranoia that is getting worse...". Accompanying this comment was an image of actress Bich Tram.
According to the actress, this information was then spread, leading to many attacking comments that affected her work.
From there, actress Bich Tram requested functional agencies to verify the content of the incident, coordinate handling if there are violations, and protect her rights.
Talking to reporters, actress Bich Tram said that if the situation of false information continues to spread or is not properly handled, she will consider legal measures to protect her personal honor.
Bich Tram also affirmed that after discovering offensive comments and suspecting that Facebook "Long Voduy" was from a doctor, she reported it to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health. The actress directly went to the hospital where this doctor works but has not met the hospital leaders.

Lao Dong Newspaper reporters contacted the doctor that the actor suspected to record information.
Talking to reporters, the doctor denied posting content related to actress Bich Tram, and emphasized the requirement to have evidence.
You have to see if there is evidence, where is the original Facebook, which article proves what I said. When and where I said it, there must be clear evidence," he said.
At the same time, this doctor also questioned the possibility that the content was edited or created by AI.
