Italian noodles do not require too elaborate processing procedures but bring a sophisticated flavor, rich in Omega-3, very suitable for enjoying on weekends.

To make cream-soaked salmon spaghetti, housewives need to prepare 250g of spaghetti (round or flat strands), 300g of fresh salmon fillets.

The cream sauce and accompanying spices include 200ml of fresh cream, 50ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 30g of plain butter, 20g of minced Parmesan cheese. In addition, you need to add 1/2 onion, minced garlic, salt, ground pepper and dried thyme or Parsley.

After washing the salmon, pat it dry thoroughly with a paper towel and then cut it into small squares to taste or leave them whole as you like. Marinate the fish with a little salt and ground pepper for about 5-10 minutes, this helps the fish become rich and effectively eliminates fishy smell.

Italian pasta should be boiled in a pot of boiling water mixed with a little salt and cooking oil for about 8 - 10 minutes until cooked. After taking it out, drain and mix with a little olive oil so that the pasta strands do not stick together. Cut onions into small dice, mince garlic.

When cooking, heat a pan with a little fatty butter, add salmon and pan-fry quickly at high heat. When the fish is just golden brown on all sides, put it on a separate plate to avoid making the fish pieces dry or mushy. Next, add butter to the pan to sauté minced garlic and onions until fragrant.

When the onions are fragrant, pour in fresh cream and fresh milk and cook over low heat. Let the mixture boil slowly, add Parmesan cheese and stir well until the sauce is slightly thickened. Season with a little salt and pepper to taste.

Finally, put the spaghetti and salmon in the sauce pan, stir gently for about 1-2 minutes to soak. Sprinkle with dried pineapple leaves to make the dish more delicious and you can enjoy the cream-soaked salmon spaghetti.
