Young mother busy with 6 trips picking up and dropping off her child from school every day

The young mother shared her experience to have time to rest even though she is busy every day with 6 trips picking up and dropping off her children from school and many other tasks in the family.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thao (32 years old, residing in Hung Viet commune, Phu Tho province) has 3 young children, 2 older sons are in elementary school, and the youngest daughter is not yet old enough to go to school.

Just taking care of her 2 older siblings' studies has turned Ms. Thao's schedule into a non-stop cycle. Her day is divided into 6 child pick-up and drop-off trips: 4 trips for morning-afternoon formal classes and 2 trips for evening extra classes.

The road from home to school, although not far, but having to move continuously in all kinds of weather, from the harsh summer sun to the long winter rains, is a significant challenge for physical fitness.

Moreover, her husband, due to the nature of his busy work, often has to work far from home, so all the burdens of raising children and managing the family are placed on his wife's shoulders.

Despite being so busy, the surprising thing is that she did not fall into a state of overload or excessive stress. The secret lies in her ability to arrange time scientifically and high discipline.

To solve the huge amount of housework, Ms. Thao always sets a specific schedule for each free time between her children's classes. Taking advantage of the time when her children are sitting in class, she returns to clean up, go to the market and prepare ingredients for the next meal. Whatever work she can do first, she absolutely does not put it all into the end of the day.

Not only that, Ms. Thao can still arrange time to support her mother in doing clothes tailoring, farming and raising some poultry at home. This is not only her way of helping her family, self-sufficiency, but also a time when she finds joy in labor.

More preciously, although her children's study schedule is quite tight, she still seriously spends "quality time" on weekends to take her children out to play, helping them relieve stress after tiring study hours in class.

From her own practical experience, Ms. Thao shared her experience in setting a reasonable daily schedule for parents with young children:

The first thing is to optimize free time slots. Instead of wasting time waiting for my child to finish school or surfing the phone, I take advantage of solving small tasks such as making menus, shopping for necessities or cleaning quickly" - Ms. Thao shared.

The second thing, Ms. Thao always trains her children's independence from an early age. At home, her children are always neat, and after playing, they know how to put away their toys. In particular, the children have learned to prepare books and clothes themselves from the previous night so that they are not passive when going to school the next morning.

Third, although your child's studies are important, balancing the psychology for both mother and child is equally important. In my opinion, a scientific timetable must be a timetable with a place for rest" - Ms. Thao added.

With understanding, love and scientific work arrangement thinking, Ms. Thao has proven one thing, which is that pressure can turn into motivation, and busyness can completely be arranged to make way for a happy and complete family life.
