The decade-long property dispute between supermodel Ngoc Thuy and businessman Duc An has come to an end.
On August 26, the High People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City rejected the appeal of former supermodel Ngoc Thuy and tycoon Duc An, upholding the first instance verdict.
Ngoc Thuy was divided into 15 valuable assets such as: 5 apartments at the Avalon building in District 1, 4 apartments at the Sailing building, villa N4+ N5 Binh Thanh,...
This decision of the court comes from the fact that the above assets belong to both husband and wife, and were made while they were still in a married relationship.
In 2006, supermodel Ngoc Thuy married her tycoon husband in 2006 in the US. Two years later, they divorced.
In 2010, Mr. Duc An filed a lawsuit against the 8X supermodel with the aim of forcing Ms. Thuy to return 39 types of assets purchased in Vietnam.
