According to Resolution No. 04/2024/NG-HDND of the People's Council of Bac Ninh province (effective from July 1, 2024), in addition to regular monthly support, people participating in protecting security and order at the local Bac Ninh headquarters in some cases also receive compensation.
Accordingly, force participants participating in protecting security and order at the facility when on duty from 10:00 p.m. the previous day to 6:00 a.m. the next day are entitled to a compensation level of: 0.0125 support level. monthly/hour, maximum not exceeding 40 hours/month.
People participating in the force participate in protecting security and order at the facility when on duty on days off, holidays, when performing heavy, toxic, dangerous or especially heavy, toxic work, dangerous according to the provisions of labor law, they are entitled to compensation: 0.1 monthly support level/day.
In case of duty on a day off, the allowance shall not exceed 4 days/person/month. In case of doing duty on a holiday and the holiday coincides with a day off, it will be counted as doing duty on a day off.
(Regarding regular monthly support in Bac Ninh province: Team leader is supported with 0.68 regional minimum wage in the work area; deputy team leader is supported with 0.60 regional minimum wage. in the working area; each team member is supported with 0.52 of the regional minimum wage in the working area).
For those participating in the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level, when on duty continuously for 1 full month or more at a key commune-level administrative unit for national defense, they are entitled to a daily wage allowance. Monthly increase in labor:
a) The team leader is supported with 0.476 regional minimum wage in the working area.
b) The deputy team leader is supported with 0.42 of the regional minimum wage in the working area.
c) Each team member is supported with 0.364 of the regional minimum wage in the working area.
For those participating in the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots, when on duty for less than 1 month at a key commune-level administrative unit for national defense, they are entitled to an increased working day allowance equal to 0.014 regional minimum wage in the work area/1 day of duty.
According to Decree No. 74/2024/ND-CP (effective from July 1, 2024), the current regional minimum wage in Bac Ninh province is 4,410,000 VND.
