In addition, the People's Committee of the commune also has the duty to educate the person who has been delayed and suspended the serving the imprisonment sentence, the person who has been released from prison ahead of time and the executive of the probationary sanctions.
For the executioner of the death penalty, the People's Committee of the commune where he / she resides or the place where the person dies is responsible for coordinating with the judgment enforcement agency to carry out the death procedure, and at the same time send the death of death to the competent criminal judgment enforcement agency.
The commune -level police will be assigned to receive dossiers and execution of sentences for suspended sentences, non -custodial reforms, residents, ban on positions, practice or do certain jobs, deprive some civil rights and probation. At the same time, the commune -level police are also responsible for managing the postponed and suspended serving the imprisonment sentence, the person who has been released from prison ahead of time.
The commune -level police is responsible for completing the dossier and reporting to the provincial -level criminal judgment enforcement agency to request the competent court to consider shortening the challenge of the person who has been released from prison ahead of time.
In addition, the commune -level police is entitled to escorting the judgment against the person sentenced to prison on bail, the person who has been delayed and suspended the execution of the sentence, the person who is forced to serve the imprisonment sentence after canceling the decision for suspension or prison sentence ahead of time.
The commune -level police also has the duty to report to the provincial -level criminal judgment enforcement agency to request the competent court to decide: postpone the serving of imprisonment sentences for the convicted person on bail; Forcing a suspended suspended person to violate the obligation to serve the sentence of imprisonment; Canceling the decision to release prison ahead of time for conditional to violating obligations, forcing them to obey the remaining penalties; Shorten the challenge time for people who are suspended; Reducing the deadline for execution of non -custodial reform; Exemption from the rest of the rest of the probation and prohibition of residence.
The commune -level police are also responsible for requesting the competent authority to issue a wanted decision for the judgment enforcement; settle complaints and denunciations related to criminal judgment execution in accordance with the law.
