Resolution No. 314/2024/NQ-HDND of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council (effective from July 22, 2024) stipulates expenditure tasks and support levels for district and commune-level administrative units implementing restructuring in the province for the period 2023 - 2030.
According to the Resolution, the subjects of application are relevant agencies, units, organizations and individuals performing the arrangement tasks in Lam Dong province in the period of 2023 - 2030.
According to the Resolution, expenditure tasks include:
a) Investing in construction, repair and upgrading of office premises; purchasing equipment, machinery, working vehicles and means of transport.
b) Building an intelligent operating system.
c) Planning and planning adjustment.
d) Develop plans and projects for administrative unit arrangement.
d) Expenditures for agencies, organizations and units to perform tasks related to administrative unit arrangement.
e) Other tasks related to the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels.
Regarding support level: In addition to the central budget support, the provincial budget supports an additional 20 billion VND for each reduced district-level administrative unit and 500 million VND for each reduced commune-level administrative unit.
